Today is our last day on "this side of the pond." The last 2 weeks have just flown by...
I am not sure that my mind really gets that tomarrow we are finally leaving... to Portugal... tomarrow. We have been "in process", dreaming of going for so long that I almost can't believe that the time to get on the plane and go has finally come.
We are close to being done packing. Just the last loads of laundry, a few toys and shoes are about all I have left to get in. I thought we were going to have to pay to take extra bags but right now I only have 9 bags, (we are allowed 10) so we are doing good.
We will get up in the early in the morning and drive to Seattle, the flight leaves about 2:30 in the afternoon, we have a stopover in Germany and then land in Portugal about 3:30 Friday afternoon.

I am so very excited for you guys. I am a little choked up over your trip and find that even though I haven't seen you guys in a long while, I will miss you. I'll be praying for a safe and not so trying flight. Have a great time and take in every moment and experience. I can't wait to hear about them.
