The road in front of our apartment building is really narrow. When two cars going opposite directions meet they usually have to fold in their mirrors to be able to pass each other. So you can imagine my surprise when I looked out the window and saw this huge bus coming down the road! It stopped and loaded up some kids from an afterschool daycare that is in the bottom of our building and then attempted to take the corner. The bus obviously couldn't get around all the cars so he just honked and honked and then honked some more, after about 20 minutes of honking enough people had moved their cars and he maneuvered the bus around the corner. I was impressed... I didn't think it was possible. But I was so entertained by the honking that I got a video so everyone could experience it with us:)!

Priceless, truly priceless.
Oh my! Honking is pretty common around here in India, but that is just really loud and annoying!
That is so Tirana! The roads are alleys and only one car at a time can fit...so they have an "Albanian Standoff" until someone backs out, it is pretty funny. I am glad it was entertaining. Now you look like one of those European mammas who hang out the window for entertainment. Do you have those in Lisboa?
It's so awesome because it's so REAL. The idea of people honking in Europe isn't just a sterotype. It's a daily happening!!! So funny you managed to capture it!
